Adobe e-form Design
Most companies today use e-forms in some way or the other. Adobe LiveCycle Form has introduced an effortless way of designing and deploying e-forms. Organisation’s now have the ability to redesign the layout of their current paper forms, enabling their personnel and client’s to access and complete electronic forms using a technology such as Adobe Reader. Adobe LiveCycle Forms gives the ability to implement PDF forms both internally and externally to the organisation. It streamlines form processing, delivering faster response times resulting in a better user experience. Adding Adobe LiveCycle Reader Extensions functionality to PDF forms will allow for the forms to be completed offline and then submitted for processing during connection to the server the next time the user log onto the system.
2D Barcode technology will also enable organisations to receive completed e-forms by means of mail or fax channels. The e-form data contained within the 2D Barcode captured during the completion process can be extracted during the processing stage delivering error free data from the 2D Barcode ensuring highest level of data integrity without any errors. InfoPath Forms
Microsoft Office Infopath is a rich form development tool which can convert any manual form in an organisation to digital web browsable forms, for example timesheets, expense reports, and claim forms. Infopath forms are custom-built and the flow of the form makes it user-friendly and quick to use.
Infopath can be used in a lot of different ways, for example users can download a copy of the form, work on it on their own time and resubmit when completed. Infopath can be directly integrated with a SharePoint forms library and converts all fields on the form to columns in the library list.
