Knowledge workers can arrange appointments with ease by viewing free and busy schedules of participants, sending invitations, and tracking responses, with details entered automatically into participants’ calendars. Our solution also makes it easy to create centralised contact information for customers, partners and co-workers that can be easily accessed by everyone in the organisation.

Belay provides our Hosted Exchange Solution with the option of selecting the Lite, Standard or Professional Editions of Microsoft Exchange Server. The Hosted Exchange Professional Edition offering includes SharePoint and Blackberry Enterprise Services.

Our clients are also able to expand the solution with add-on features, which can be activated or deactivated as required. Add-on features include the following:
